Led digital experience strategy for Supply Ontario’s procurement ecosystem, unifying fragmented buyer and vendor journeys into cohesive, scalable experiences and defining the organization’s design system and accessibility foundations across teams.

Staff Product Designer

Led product design across Equifax’s enterprise onboarding and verification platforms, modernizing legacy tools used by financial institutions to issue and manage credit as part of a large-scale digital transformation in a highly regulated financial environment. Guided product design for the Global Consumer Credit File, enabling newcomers to Canada to transition their credit history across borders.

Stagwell Global

Principal Product Designer

Feb 2017 to May 2022

Acted as a founding designer for key advertising, analytics, and influencer platforms now part of Stagwell’s Marketing Cloud, taking products from 0 → 1 and into active use by brands like Procter & Gamble, Disney, Robinhood, Rivian, and Samsung. Defined product direction and established shared design foundations that enabled consistent, scalable experiences across the portfolio.
